Now the SO has made his way back to Liverpool, it's about time I got around to watching the 383,773 things that I've been meaning to watch since I first bought my subscription (best decision ever by the way). Here are just a couple of things that have made themselves across to my Recently Watched or Favourites list.
I'm Alan Partridge
I'm a massive Steve Coogan fan but don't think I have ever watched the complete series from one end to the other. From the episodes I have seen, it is pure British humour and could be the perfect way to cheer myself up when I'm feeling sorry for myself and missing the SO.

Luther
Everyone loves a bit of Idris right? I've heard nothing but good things about Luther and although I can be a bit of a whimp with people being beaten up, I'm excited to give it a whirl. The SO has already seen it so he won't get stroppy about me watching it without him.

House of Cards
I am really loving House of Cards and think the performances are brilliant. However, I've been stuck at the start of Season 2 for I don't know how long. The trouble is I'm a classic binge-watcher and if I haven't got at least four hours to dedicate to a show I don't see the point. But, now I'm alone for my evenings and weekends I can spend more quality time with Frank Underwood.

Dexter
I've been put off starting Dexter because everyone hated the last episode and wasn't shy about broadcasting it. However, I REALLY want to watch it and hopefully there will be eight seasons of goodness to outweigh the 'awful' finale. I think the premise is such an interesting concept and I think I'm gonna love it.

Arrested Development
One of my friends/work colleagues won't stop banging on about how brilliant Arrested Development is and, to be fair, it looks pretty funny. However, I will have to watch this soon just so he can have someone to talk to about it. I love Modern Family and it looks like this could be the same sort of humour so I have high hopes.
